Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 2025

Intuition is committed to digital accessibility. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable and welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers.

1. Commitment

Intuition is committed to ensuring that our website and digital products are accessible to people with disabilities and usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies or have disabilities affecting vision, hearing, motor control, or cognition. We aim to conform to widely accepted accessibility standards and to improve our accessibility over time.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable. Some content or features may not yet fully meet all Level AA criteria; we are actively working to address gaps and prioritize accessibility in new development.

3. Measures Taken

We have taken and continue to take the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Structure. Use of semantic HTML and a clear heading hierarchy to support navigation by screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Color and contrast. Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds in accordance with WCAG AA requirements; we avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
  • Keyboard and focus. Interactive elements are operable via keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Links and images. Descriptive link text and appropriate alternative text for images where relevant.
  • Forms and interactive content. Forms (including the quiz and newsletter signup) are designed with associated labels and error messaging that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Typography and layout. Readable, resizable text and layouts that accommodate user preferences where feasible.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party content or integrations may not fully meet our accessibility targets. We continue to audit our pages, remediate issues we identify, and incorporate accessibility into our design and development processes. We are committed to improving the accessibility of the Services on an ongoing basis.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Intuition Services. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@alstonanalystics.com. We will respond to your request and work to address your concerns in a timely manner. Please include as much detail as possible (e.g., the page or feature and the barrier you experienced) so that we can assist you effectively.

This Accessibility Statement may be updated from time to time to reflect our current practices and conformance status. We are committed to making Intuition a welcoming and usable experience for all users.
