By accessing or using Intuition, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must use the Services lawfully, maintain the security of your account, and understand that our content is for educational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Paid subscriptions are governed by the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intuition ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Intuition website, courses, tools, newsletter, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any systems or networks; (c) use the Services to distribute malware or harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without our prior written consent; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (f) use the Services for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise improper.

Content on the Services is provided for general information and personal development only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas. We disclaim any liability for actions taken in reliance on content on the Services.

4. Accounts and Membership

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid memberships are subject to the pricing, billing, refund, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase (e.g., on the subscribe page or checkout). Subscription fees may recur (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel in accordance with those terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice where permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and materials thereon (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, courses, software, and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services or our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by the Services (e.g., personal, non-commercial use such as reading articles or taking a course for your own learning). Any unauthorized use may violate law and may result in termination of your access.

6. User Content

To the extent you submit any content through the Services (e.g., quiz responses, feedback, or other input), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display such content as necessary to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CONTENT ON THE SERVICES IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES ONLY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTUITION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intuition and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10) shall survive.

12. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines we post on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intuition regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
